I was on vacation in Reno a while back and had an experience at the Silver Lagacy of my own. I don't think I've ever come so close as to striking a worker in a place of business. The boxman started screwing around with my money that I had up as place bets trying to show the dealer how to do a move. Ends up when he was done I was missing half of the money from my placebets and the boxman told me I didn't know what I was talking about. Well, seeing as I had been a Craps dealer for almost 7 years at the time, I in fact did know what I was talking about. Needless to say I'll never go back there and I take every chance I get to bad mouth the place. Customer service there is horrible.
